Logistics Warehouse Supervisor
Your tasks:
- Responsible for all warehouse activities in terms of day-to-day operation, daily delivery, cost, health and safety, quality, legal requirements and policy compliance.
- Build and develop warehouse rules and regulations, implement and improve warehouse operating standards and processes to achieve operational and organizational goals while reducing cost.
- Monitor the operational flow and know what is happening on the work floor in order to achieve an efficient flow of incoming and outgoing goods on a daily basis.
- Regularly check the warehouse to ensure the accuracy of the inventory, timely solve problems such as inventory loss, and establish accurate inventory record data.
- Responsible for the reporting and tracking of the quantities of warehousing items, evaluate and analyze the reasons for inaccurate inventory, and provide accurate inventory data to the company's operations and financial departments.
- Effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders from the operations department to maximize efficiency.
Your profile:
- You preferably have a bachelor's degree or have relevant experience.
- 2-5 years European warehouse supervisor (management) experience.
- You have a fluent knowledge of English (oral & written) and French (oral & written). Good knowledge of Dutch/German is a plus.
- You manage the MS Office package.
- You are a proactive and motivated person with leadership capabilities, good communication skills and a hands-on mentality.

Accounting Specialist
Your tasks:
- Handling with financial expenditures and processing taxation.
- Addressing and organizing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, etc.
- Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.
- Addressing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
- Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on an annual basis.
- Adhering to best practices in accounting, as outlined by industry experts and espoused by the company.
Your profile:
- Bachelor in Finance (Accountancy) or Economics, Business, or similar.
- 2-5 years work experience in Belgium in the field of financial controlling, accounting, tax, audit or more broadly within finance.
- Fluently bilingual (EN, NL), both oral and written, French is an extra asset.
- A solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing.
- A good knowledge of Belgian laws and regulations of finance and tax.

FOB Operator
Your tasks:
- Handle and support the entire logistics process and handle shipment files from A to Z.
- Ensure that all stages of the shipping process comply with rules and regulations governing the mode of transportation and associated national protocols.
- Being in contact with various services, including communication and coordination with customers and colleagues from different departments.
- Responsible for contacting the carrier for booking space and following up on customs declaration procedures.
- Arrange invoices with suppliers and customers, process delivery and shipping documents.
- Handle customers’ requests and complaints and provide timely and effective solutions or give appropriate advice to the raised questions.

Customs Specialist
Your tasks:
- Assess the correctness and completeness of the information provided by the customers, including authorizations, reverse charges of VAT, etc. In the event of incomplete or incorrect information provided, this will be communicated to the client in a timely and correct manner.
- Responsible for the timely input and submission of customs and related declarations (import, export, and transit, GDB and PD client), in accordance with legal requirements, MCTBL’s internal procedures, and any specific wishes of the client.
- If necessary, communicate with the customers, customs and other departments of MCTBL regarding the (made) declarations.
- Responsible for the correct, complete and timely electronic archiving of declarations and the transfer of these declarations for invoicing and compliance purposes.
- Ensure that your knowledge of customs legislation, procedures, permits, and all common types of customs and related declarations is kept up to date by, for example, courses, seminars, and reading professional literature.
Your profile:
- You have a bachelor's degree and a required certificate to do financial and tax job in Belgium.
- You have 2-10 years of European customs clearance/declaration operator experience.
- You have a fluent knowledge of English (oral & written) and French (oral & written). Good knowledge of Dutch/German is a plus.
- You manage the MS Office package. Knowledge of SAP and warehousing is a plus.
- You are a motivated person with good communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
